Successful direct retail lender with a high volume pipeline
seeks seasoned Loan Processor with some underwriting experience.
Must have 5+ years experience processing for a direct lender.
Recent FHA loan experience is a must. We are looking for a
talented "get it done attitude" Loan Processor to add to our
dynamic team. Successful candidate will have strong FHA experience.
Must have the ability to communicate with teammates, Loan
Officers, Underwriters as well as vendors. Must be able to
handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Must be detail oriented with a "pre-underwriting" mentality.
Strong ability to follow up and follow through with tasks
to completion.
